Switch to USDC Now!
Dear Clients,
Due to the upcoming European Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulations, Bybit and Binance will implement restrictions for stablecoin services that do not meet MiCA requirements. These changes are expected to impact stablecoins like USDT, PAX, DAI, and others. Starting from 13 December 2024, these assets will face trading restrictions for Retail customers.
To ensure smooth trading and compliance with the regulations, we kindly ask all Cryxbo users to transition their trading pairs to USDC as the base value.
What You Need to Do:
1. Close Current Positions:
Stop trading with USDT pairs in Telegram or ask the Cryxbo robot to stop trades using USDT.
2. Convert Assets:
Log in to your exchange (Bybit or Binance) and convert your USDT holdings to USDC.
3. Start New Trades with USDC:
From Telegram, reconfigure your trading pairs and start new trades using USDC pairs, which are already available for all trading plans.
Why This Change?
• MiCA Compliance: Starting 13 December 2024, MiCA regulations will restrict buying, selling, holding, or receiving stablecoins like USDT, PAX, and DAI on major exchanges.
• Seamless Trading: USDC is MiCA-compliant and will continue to be supported without restrictions, ensuring uninterrupted trading opportunities.
• Full Support in Telegram: All USDC trading pairs are already available in the Cryxbo bot, giving you the flexibility to continue automated trading without disruptions.
Affected Services for Restricted Stablecoins (USDT, PAX, DAI, etc.):
• Trading: Buying, selling, and converting will no longer be available.
• Custody: Holding these assets on platforms like Bybit or Binance will be restricted.
• Receiving: Deposits of these assets will no longer be accepted.
Please act now to transition your trading assets to USDC and secure your trading continuity! If you need help, feel free to reach out via support@cryxbo.com.
Let’s continue trading smarter with Cryxbo while staying compliant with regulations. 😊
